I'm totally blown away by Lizzie Fortunado's jewelry! I love the ones pictured (which Refinery 29 featured but I can't find on the Lizzie Fortunado website). Also awesome: the Layla Necklace and the Collar Necklaces. I don't even want to know how much they cost...
