Being a fan of bad TV shows in general and crime shows specifically, I thought I would give the new show Castle a shot.  Wow.  What a terrible show.  The female lead is a pretty bad actor, the writing is horrible, and the plots are stale.  Too bad.

Creative solutions to law firm problems: shortening summers and cutting associate pay.  I would definitely support a cut of associate pay - it's gotten bloated and ridiculous, and is especially a travesty in the face of so many layoffs which could be averted by some 20-somethings earning $10,000 less each year.
